Our Customers Support office has moved to a new location in Yerevan. Our new address is 26/4 Saryan street (Icon Communication’s Main office building, just near Saryan/Amiryan crossroad).
 
DIALUP NUMBER CHANGE

Dear Customers,

Starting from 1 June, 2011, the phone number for DIALUP internet access will be changed to 548939. The old number will be still functional until June 5. Please make the necessary changes in your PC dialup networking settings. In case of any difficulties in changing the number please contact our Customer support team at 540091. Thanks for cooperation.
 
Unlimited Internet

Dear Customers,

Starting from June 1 Internet from Netsys becomes Unlimited. No traffic quotas will be applied to Hi-Speed Internet access service packages. Moreover, the data transfer rates within your current Service Package will be significantly increased. Please, refer to Business Broadband Price List for more details.
 
Office hours change

Dear Customers,

Due to recent changes in Labour Lagislation, starting from 1 September, 2010 our Customer care office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Customer technical support will still be available over phone.
Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused.
 
Online Payments

New feature – Online Payments - is introduced in our website. It enables you to recharge your account with your ARCA card and get the service of your choice without visiting our office.

DIALUP Internet Access

Our Dialup Internet Access service provides a connection speed to our modem pool up to 33.6Kbps (v.34+) or up to 57.6Kbps, with v.90, v.92 and K56flex protocols support and dynamically assigned real IP address.

The network requisites assigned to a Customer within the frames of this service type make the following service areas accessible:

Orange point Access to Internet resources like WWW, FTP, etc.
Orange point Electronic Mail address like " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ", supporting SMTP, POP3 protocols and WEBMAIL>Interface.

The Customer will have an authorized access to MyAccount page through our WEB page www.netsys.am, where he or she can get detailed information on his personal account with NETSYS, service usage statistics.

To ensure higher security level, we offer an opportunity to restrict the dialup access to specified telephone numbers.
